Open the App Store and tap "Updates" at the bottom. To update, please do one of the following, depending on which version of iOS you have: The update is free for all remote access users with a paid plan.

If you don't yet have an account, you can create a free two-week trial for any of the plans by signing up on our home page. The feature is included in all of our paid plans: PRO, Enterprise, and Remote Assist. Guest passwords are a commonly requested feature, and we're excited for everyone to try it out.
The guest password and instructions for you to provide to the guest user will be displayed. 
Set the duration the password will be valid for, set the keyboard/mouse permissions, and select whether a user who normally does not have access to your computer in their dualmon account can connect. If not logged in, you will be prompted to log in to your dualmon account. 
Click "Get Remote Assistance" if you see that option on the menu. This feature has been upgraded to the Guest Password functionality. Older versions of our software may show "Get Remote Assistance" instead.
On the menu, select "Enable Guest Access". While sitting at the computer you want to generate a guest password for, click the dualmon icon in your system tray. With the Remote Assist or Enterprise plan, you can provide assistance right from your Android phone, tablet, or Chromebook. Automatically reconnects the remote session when switching between WiFi and cellular, or if the mobile signal drops. Connect simultaneously while other Android/iOS devices or Windows/Mac devices are also connected to the remote computer. Android keyboard, including special Windows and Mac keys like Control and Command keys.
